9:30 a.m. – Everyone should have arrived by now and be helping to setup for the day
9:45 a.m. – Class begins
10:45 a.m. – Demonstration for guest instructor (everyone will be involved)
11:00 a.m. – First test begins: White to Yellow, Yellow to Green
12:00 p.m. – Second test begins: Green to High-green, High-green to Blue
1:10 p.m. – Third test begins: Blue to High-blue, High-blue to Red
2:30 p.m. – Closing remarks
2:40 p.m. – Clean up
~3:15 p.m. – After-party… this year at Greg’s house
12:00 a.m. – Anyone remaining at the party gets sent home ;)

For the after-party, we’ll have the usual pot-luck type dinner, but this time we’ll put in a cheesy martial arts movie, converse, and relax for a while. There are showers at Nvidia to get cleaned up.

Family and significant others are welcome for any part of the day.

Friends and other acquaintances can watch the demonstration and the class before hand, but not the tests themselves.
